But there's also a villain in the story, a wicked pirate named Captain Hook. Hook wants to catch Peter Pan and the children, but Peter is very clever and always manages to escape!
In the end, Wendy and her brothers decide to go back home to their family. Peter Pan feels sad because he can't go with them, as he doesn't want to grow up. But he knows they'll always have adventures together in their dreams.
